As a property Manager of several properties which one was a 36 unit apartment complex the needs could be demanding and challenging. I would call for minor repairs such as a leaking faucet or no water in a whole building. The scope of work needed would vary. Big Cox Plumbing was extremely professional, knowledgeable and always finished the job in a timely manner. I was never disappointed in any of the jobs preformed and completed. I highly recommend Big Cox Plumbing to anyone who demands quality work done right the first time. I had a couple of issues with a leaking toliet in the bathroom and plumbing issues in the basement. Craig was very friendly when I meet him at the door. It seemed like I know the guy for years. He was very professional through out the whole process. He was able to find the problem and take care of it. The work was finished faster than I thought it would be. Also he pricing is very competitive with others in the neighborhood. Next time I have an issue, I will be calling Big Cox's plumbing. - Christiaan Dismuke
I have worked with and recommended Craig on numerous plumbing jobs. I am a sewage contractor and Craig was always my first call for any plumbing needs. As I only concentrate on sewage work I always felt comfortable recommending Craig to all my clients and had no worries he would do an excellent job and keep my clients happy. I have seen a lot of Craig's jobs including appliance installations, copper plumbing, new construction and they are always top notch. I have contracted him also many times to take care of the large plumbing portions of a job and relied on him for any plumbing questions. Craig is always easy to contact and always a great attitude. Very easy to get along with. Craig is very good at solving plumbing issues and coming up with economical solutions, his extensive knowledge of plumbing codes is impressive. Only disappointment I have is that he has relocated and now I have to deal with sub par contractors. - Brent Lynn
Big cox repaired a sump pump at my restaurant and repiped the whole thing when I was in a big pinch... so when pipes burst in my basement he was the first I called ... good pricing and great service !!

As a prime Federal contracting firm, we would like to highly recommend Mr. Craig Cox, owner of Big Cox Plumbing located on St. John, Virgin Islands. On a recent National Park Service contract, Mr. Cox and his team performed flawlessly on a major rehabilitation of the Cinnamon Bay wastewater treatment facilities. As prime contractor, we were very pleased with the professionalism, outstanding service, and integrity offered throughout the entire process in every area. Over the course of the project, the NPS facilities Director, lead architect, engineering, and facilities management complimented Mr. Cox and his team in accessing current problems, offering real time remedies, and setting future operational and maintenance guidelines for the facilities.
On a personal note, Mr. Cox has a wonderful demeanor, extensive depth of knowledge, and expertise in current equipment and technologies. We look forward to working with Mr. Cox and his team on all forthcoming projects. Our recommendations can not be higher.
